it really is a game that is perfectly set for the radio. I am a Cubs fan so the Team of Pat and Ron are perfect. Even though Ron isn't technical good he is a rue fan or the game and the Cubs. I would imagine he would be saying the same things if we where to watch a game in his living room. And Pat might be the best play by play man in all of radio.

to be honest I only gave it one listen. but there was nothing there. I will give it a couple of more listens but I am not holding out hope.

I just listened to it, and I am quite disappointed. It is like you said a ix of old and new Gomez, but with none of sparkle of any of it. It is a real snoozer.

I don't like to be a hater, but I think these two episodes of South Park kinda sum up how I feel about Family Guy. Cartoon Wars pt 1 Cartoon Wars pt 2

the entire album drips with pretension. From "operatic" storyline to its miss used guitar work and jarring vocals. Colin Meloy has made this album because he Colin Meloy, and damnit he wants to be a pompous ass. I would feel better about the album if there was a tongue in cheek element. But I have the feeling that the band thinks this album is serious "art" and really it is not. With that being said, I find myself singing parts of this album, it is damn catchy.
