Arkansas should have never left the Southwest conference. It was the downfall of both. How do you like those 8-4 seasons (on a good year)? -
Time to again remind you all of the glory of Dave Alvin She's waitin' for me when I get home from work oh, but things just ain't the same She turns out the light and cries in the dark won't answer when I call her name On the stairs I smoke a cigarette alone Mexican kids are shootin' fireworks below Hey baby, it's the Fourth of July Hey baby, it's the Fourth of July She gives me her cheek when I want her lips but I don't have the strength to go On the lost side of town in a dark apartment we gave up trying so long ago On the stairs I smoke a cigarette alone Mexican kids are shootin' fi

I can only speak for myself, but I find Nels' contribution to Wilco to be transcendant. His guitar textures to the older catalogue reinvent the band somewhat. I don't understand where his critics are coming from..unless it's his onstage wardrobe.

One definitely has to be in the mood for this one. The lack of any soundtrack makes it unrelenting. Very unbinkingly graphically violent. The moview was very faithful to the McCarthy book. The two added scene were very noticeable and did not really add much (looks like the Coens were attempting to tie together loose ends that played against McCarthy's tone). The abrupt ending was a little too jarring, although it certainly fit into the feeling of the movie. The monologues by Sheriff Bell in the book could have been utilized a bit more. My wife and her best friend walked out with about 30 m

It was up earlier this week but I wasn't able to complete the download. Has anybody heard them? Could anybody hook a brother up with a you send? Is everybody having a pleasant Thanksgiving?

Yeah...abolishing the Federal Reserve and the CIA will play REALLY well in the heartland. Ron Paul is similar to George Bush in that he is totally unwavering in his worldview. Ron Paul is a Libertarian version of George Bush.

Wow...'a circle can have one center' I did notice that a lot of folks around me were really attuned to what Nels was laying down when I saw Wilco in Dallas. However, I can't imagine that all those folks had ever heard of Nels before he joined Wilco. Nels is a complimentary piece to Wilco. I hope that they are able to keep the synergy going for a while.

Really wanting to see this one. Loved the Book (although I have heard some say it's not McCarthy's best work).
