Nels Cline Singers

Yep, comes out June 26th.

I believe I heard The White Stripes's new single-I think it's the title track off of the new album-and it sounds fantastic and weird in the sense that it is different from other White Stripes's songs.

Never quite got into this guy... is he any good? comparisons?

I'm also awaiting the New Pornographers. Without Neko on board they'll have to make up some ground since Twin Cinema, which was in my opinion their best work. And contained their best individual song, 'Stacked Crooked.' Brings chills...

Other than that, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah has already come out. I doubt Radiohead actually releases the new one. They're in a position now to do whatever they want. Thom's solo album last year was amazing though. I'm actually down with the electronic stuff if they can keep it like Kid A/Amnesiac. Wasn't a big fan of Hail to the Thief.

Anyone have word on if Sufjan Stevens will release anything in the coming year?

Let's say... Bob Dylan meets Bryan Ferry, or Tom Waits meets David Bowie.

Great singer, great lyricist, tasty musician and producer... I especially like his last four albums, Trampoline, Fuse, Scar and Tiny Voices.

Not sure what you've heard but Neko is definitely on board for this album. I am listening to the title track right now, she sings lead on it and sounds awesome.
