He's a lefty, not a switch hitter, but I'm going to assume you meant he hits righties and lefties well. He's got a nice arm, but he sometimes has those mental lapses in the OF. He walked 111 times in one MiLB season, so he's got huge on base potential too.

Oops. Meant hits both RP/LP pretty evenly.

the brewers are fast out of the gate this year!

Although the Reds are looking good tonight 6 up and 6 down after 2

The Brew Crew bats have been weak tonight--although Braun just homered, so that's something.

I read in the paper on the way in to work that no team who has started the season 0-7 has ever made the post season.

Last year the Yankees were 8 games under .500 in late April and still made the post season. I think they were worse off than the Tigers are now.

I'm not saying DET will suck the whole year, just that no team has ever made the post season that has started 0-7.

7 games = less than 5% of the season... Los Tigres will be more than just fine

Mets defeat the Phils, so now all the maalox-popping stressed out Mets fans can f'ing RELAX (didn't see a cause for alarm personally)

Mark Reynolds on the Diamondbacks looks like the real deal, and I really really hope Hermida can finally get 250 at-bats without a trip to the DL, he's gonna be a great one

Mark Reynolds on the Diamondbacks looks like the real deal

I believe he was the last man I added to my fantasy roster ... and then I dropped him before the season started because I was overloaded on third basemen and short on starting pitching. :ohwell

Beware of April. Especially the first week and a half of April.

Why? you ask. Here's why:
