i've seen them 7 or 8 times. they are good live. the last time i saw them they sucked because ramesh's voice was fucked up... so one bad experience out of 7 or 8... pretty good track record.

92.5 in Dallas, Texas has to be the best radio station in the country. This weekend I was listening to them because I was in a U-Haul with no cd player, and Tom Petty got my attention. I thought they were just a classic rock station, but then all the sudden New Madrid was playing followed by Bob Dylan's Rainy Day Women #12 and 35. Needless to say I didn't change the channel again. checking out their website, they seem to play uncle tupelo and at least alt-country wilco (played outtasite, outtamind recently). not to mention plenty of stevie ray vaughan, creedence, ryan adams, etc. http
