I actually think the plea agreement is fair. One to one-and-a-half years in jail is a good amount of time. Certainly enough time to perhaps change a person's outlook on life and have them improve on themselves and think about their crime(s) in a beneficial light. I realize it's a felony, but he will be serving time accordingly, plus have a felony record to follow him around the rest of his life. Seems just to me.

I'm not sure whether to believe this or not but "cheers" just in case.

Well, he's certainly going through an adjustment stage. He's blown three games already. I've got a question or two for you bjorn: First: Why do the papers (any paper, really) think it's hip/entertaining/eye-catching to plaster the papers with lame headers to all pertinent articles; using assonance, confusing rhyming schemes that don't always relate to the article itself, cutesy shit, etc.? Second: Which jackass is actually in charge of assigning the lame headline to the pieces?

Probably. Because he will not end up suing him when it boils down to it. He more than likely would have to be deposed and I doubt Bonds wants to give a deposition under oath. He'd legally be forced to tell the truth for a change. Bonds catches shit for not suing the authors of Game of Shadows (wait...didn't he threaten to sue them, too?) because he denies allegations made in it yet does nothing to legally challenge it. Bonds, once again, puts himself in a position that is sure to bear unfavorably on him.
