Maron talked about going to a LRS a year or two ago. I used to listen to him only when the guest interested me. I soon figured out each interview was interesting. I get why he may be grating sometimes, but I have come to look forward to the 3 or so hours I get to spend with him each week.

If Roe is destined to fall, it's not because of today's vote. If Kavanaugh should somehow fail, Trump would nominate another judge with very similar views.

It's been an awful rainy holiday weekend in Des Moines. I took advantage yesterday to check out a couple of movies, BlackkKlansman and Juliet, Naked. Both were great. I read Juliet, Naked by Nick Hornby when it came out. It's a great book. Anyone who's posted here or on any music board more than 1,000 times would probably enjoy Juliet, Naked. Plus, it has Country Disappeared in the soundtrack.
