All Songs Considered is still my favorite, and if you like that one, you may enjoy NPR's Second Stage. On Second Stage, they feature a lot of unsigned bands and artists that are really unheard of, for the most part.

Andrew Bird on 12 songs!? wow. He won't be a full time member, but I'd put down big bucks that he will be all over the next album with all sorts of contributions.

Okay, I don't know if anyone would be up for doing this, but after the residency is over and all the torrents of the shows are up, would anyone be willing to make like a mixtape of all the rare stuff they played? I appreciate all the tapers' hard work and effort, but I really don't have the hard drive space to download 5 flac torrents, plus my college monitors p2p and torrent use (even if it isn't illegal) and they will shut off my net if I get caught. So, after this is all done, would anyone want to make a compilation of all the stuff they played that aren't regular staples in a normal wilc

I can't get over Bird playing on 9! songs. Wow. I about peed my pants when he sat in on a few in Columbus, but 9. Wow.

I really hope they give this residency some kind of official audio release. That excites more than a potential DVD.

The Eli to Tyree was the most spectacular play I've seen, in a big game situation. The escape from the sack and the catch were both incredible.

In all three of New England's Super Bowl wins this decade, all three games have been decided by 3 points or less. Hopefully history repeats itself and we get a good, close and exciting game. I don't game who wins, I just want an exciting game, unlike the last 2 Super Snoozers.
