Mine is on the market, and I hope to buy another once that happens. All in time.

I used to feel the same way about "Foreign Affairs" but I've come around. "Jack and Neal/ California, Here I Come" is gold. Pure gold.

LMAO. I just watched that at work... with the speakers on by accident. Loved it! I haven't made my way through the entire series yet, but looking forward to more Bluth madness!

$124.99 for the vinyl Orphans Box set seems a bit steep to me. I know he has kids to put through college and all, but I'm trying to buy a house. Those Glitter and Doom bundles are very tempting, however.

I'm a happy man. Only thing that would make me happier is a legitimate Blu-ray (or DVD) of "Big Time". Hurr, hurr.

I bought one of the cheapest seats in the house for the DPAC show in Durham. I didn't want all the cheap seats to sell out before I pulled the trigger. After all, the worst seat in the house is still in the house. I'm looking forward to seeing Lenny live. I never thought it would happen, least of all in Durham! Anyone going to the Durham show care to meet up before the show? Kevin -
Whats your favorite "fuck you" song?

I'm on a PJ kick right now, and "Corduroy" jumps out as a pretty good FU song. "Corduroy" The waiting drove me mad... you're finally here and I'm a mess I take your entrance back... can't let you roam inside my head I don't want to take what you can give... I would rather starve than eat your bread... I would rather run but I can't walk... Guess I'll lie alone just like before... I'll take the varmint's path... oh, and I must refuse your test A-push me and I will resist... this behavior's not unique I don't want to hear from those who know... They can buy, but can't put on my clothes... I -
Thanks!

Hi Greg. I'm glad I have my MA vinyl, too. I rec'd it as a birthday present back in 2001 I think, from a very special friend. I pulled the trigger on all the 180g reissues yesterday, but I'm patient enough to wait--they won't be shipping til the end of the month.

I've just gotten into "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". I didn't have dish (or cable) until January, and this is one of the gems on FX. I need to go back and see the previous seasons, but I've been watching the latest season since the first episode... and looking forward to another good one tonight. Danny DeVito is a comic genius. I didn't know how much I had missed seeing him on-screen until I started watching this show.

"There's money in the banana stand."

I second that. This was the first album I'd ever heard by The The, and I didn't bother picking up anything else of theirs for years, b/c in my mind, nothing could ever be as good as "Dusk". I was right. Wilco could bring on board Max Crawford and da Total Pros for the horn parts.

I feel the same way, Louie. I nearly pulled the trigger on buying the Mono box, but then thought better of it. I think I'll cherry-pick a few of the new stereo remasters and be happy with that.

Happy Birthday, Paul! I missed it yesterday on F*c*book. Cheers!

I heard them play this on back to back nights at the 9:30 in 2002 (10/14 & 10/15/2002) That was when the Beltway Sniper was still at large, taking victims. The way they performed the song then was so much more evocative to me, than the studio version. I wish they would re-visit playing this one live, sans drone.

Have you made it through the second disc of "Inland Empire"? I haven't, and I've owned it since it came out. It is a difficult movie to wrap my brain around, that's for sure. It's a total mind-f*ck of a movie.

An open letter to all you bug squishers

Isn't SC known as "The Palmetto State"? By the statement above, that's fairly close to "The Cockroach State". I know one is a tree and the other a bug... but still.
