I have not seen an e-mail with a new password, and the last musictoday pre-sales did not require a special password. You do have to have a musictoday login (with your own username and password), so if you don't have that already, I'd suggest setting that up before the sale time.

Best thing on TV. I'd even put it up against Friday Night Lights, and god knows I love FNL.

Damn, I love the internet. 7 minutes later, and I'm listening to Freakwater! Thanks!

Who doesn't like waltz time mountain music?!? I have never heard Freakwater, but this description intrigues me.

What Should I Read on My 22 Hour Flight?
gogo replied to dannygutters's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
Dubliners is by far his most user-friendly, though. Also, I'm a fan of short stories on long trips. As I said above, I get really restless, and I like being able to flip around until something strikes my fancy. -

I think we saw the cover in another thread:

These places all say "in stock", for whatever that's worth.

Damn it! OK, making a mental note... -
http://wilcoworld.net/tours/index.php Yeah, Barcelona on Saturday. So if you're sure she was talking about this weekend...? No.

I locked a thread once and got my ass handed to me. And most of the moderators agreed that it didn't warant locking, so I unlocked it. I can't speak for the rest of the moderators, but I'm still figuring out what's appropriate and what's not. -

Any of the admins or mods can lock threads. It just happens that we tend to leave the dirty work for Donna more often than not. -
I added a subtitle so people will know this is in here. But yes! The Hammerstein!

As Donna and I said above, this topic has not been closed, just the thread. You can still discuss the issue, but that thread had become unmanageable. I'd say that that's what this closure was about, trying to keep the forum in some sort of order. For every time that a thread is closed (which is not that often, really), there are probably a dozen threads about which someone is thinking (or posting, or PMing the moderators), "damn, the moderators should have closed that one down pages ago..." Being a moderator is not easy. I've only been at it a few months, and I've f#cked it up more than

Thanks, Drew! Greg, the parking recommendation alone is huge! Thanks!

Greg, you had a suggestion for a pre-show place for Red Bank, didn't you? What was that?

What Should I Read on My 22 Hour Flight?
gogo replied to dannygutters's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
Also, I'm a geek about this, but on long trips I like to read something that's about or set in the place I'm going, just to get in the mood. Dubliners on the way to Dublin, that sort of thing... -

I say, take them all. On long flights, I tend to get restless, so I like to have a few options to flip back and forth. Also, The Things They Carried is one of my favorite books, I can't recommend that one highly enough. And then for when that one wipes you out, you can lighten up with the bunch of funny guys. -
Congrats, Lou. We'll miss you around here, but it'll just make us more appreciative of you when you are around. (I still owe you a PM about those CDs! Great stuff. )

Does the world really need a Harry Potter Theme Park?

Leadenhall Market! When we were there, it was packed with businessmen standing around bar tables and drinking their lunch. I highly recommend Andrew's tour of The City.
