  1. I got an email today from Songkick that the tickets have just been shipped.
  2. Vic benefit shows were announced on 1/26 last year. Curious if we will hear anything this month about shows in May...
  3. Really excited for this one. https://vimeo.com/196736852
  4. $450 ea for the good seats in Boston. I'll just leave this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Evs5HjjL0PM
  5. Meh. Really wish they'd work with local New England microbreweries. Some of the best beer in the country is coming from NE and they pick Lagunitas... edit: Then again, much like the lineup, I'm there for Wilco & everything else is secondary.
  6. He's never going to make Heartbreaker again.
  7. Tough to imagine them releasing a proper live album when they Roadcase most of their shows. Then again, I probably listen to KT more than any of the Roadcase shows that I own!
  8. Ahh - I had no idea. That's a shame if true. I lucked into seats for night 1 in NYC and the girlfriend pulled some for night 2. Can't wait!
  9. Really surprised these weren't will call only. Especially in a market like NYC....
  10. Anyone care to share the ticketmaster pre sale code for Thurs?
  11. Yikes. That new album is bad. Listened in full and cannot imagine ever returning to it. Having amassed an absurd amount of live phish shows, I very rarely put on one of their studio albums. If I do, it's only every Billy Breathes or Hoist. I'm not sure how the die-hards view Hoist, but I have a soft spot for that one.

  13. Was hoping the Vic solo shows would see the light of day, but am very happy to have the two Seattle shows. I plan to give night 1 a proper listen this evening.
  14. Probably 40 or so people attended the listening party in Cambridge, MA. It took place at a bar/restaurant so I'm sure there was some spill over, but it seemed like most were there for Schmilco. I did not win. But I had a nice time.
  15. Night 1 on the left, night 2 on the right. Edit: woah. How do I shrink the image size? On mobile and it looks HUGE.

  17. By my count there are four new Schmilco tracks that haven't been played live yet (Common Sense, Happiness, Quarters, and Just Say Goodbye). Hoping some make their live debut tonight!

  19. Perhaps they're waiting to play those intimate indoor venues...
  20. I've never loved Nels more than after reading this: "Jeff stopped asking me for setlist ideas like 10 years ago because I would say, like, 'Let’s open with ‘Radio Cure’.”
  21. I'm appreciating the emphasis on lyrics. I cannot wait to hear this album!
  22. Realllllllly hoping that by September they'll be playing some new stuff.
  23. Yep. Also a super talented artist. Designed the Heady Topper logo!
  24. Saw Josh Ritter play solo last night. You'd be hard pressed to find a performer having a better time on stage than Josh. The guy is all smiles. Also Dan Blakeslee opened, which was fun.
