Sir Stewart
There's a billboard for Mix 98.5 here in town, featuring solely a huge picture Gwen Stefani, in concert, saluting, with the single most annoying look I've ever seen on anybody's face. It makes me want to cry.
ction
Luckily (and I have new Scooby Doo episodes to thank for this), the oldest kid is also getting into the Ramones. Whoever is reponsible for the music on that show has decent taste - so far I've heard "Rockaway Beach" and "Now I Wanna Be a Good Boy", plus a song off the first Muffs album. P.S. I know most of the words to "Hollaback Girl".

It was a real trip spending two or three hours there, just looking around at posters and political buttons and stuff. A real trip.

jhc
There are still tickets to golden smog tomorrow night at the avalon, but I only know the Jeff Tweedy songs off their albums. Is it worth $30 (to a college student on a tight budget, mind you) to check these other dudes out? The other songs are really good. Despite a minimal appearance from JT, I tink this album is much stronger than the past ones.
