If You Could Read My Mind was awesome.

"More Money, More Fans" should be the next Wilco/Jeff album title, LOL. The poem should of course be on there ;)

Honestly I think Wilco's audience is right-sized. If 10 million people were tuning in and commenting it would be overwhelming and we wouldn't feel as intimately connected.

I know after last night's show a lot of people are claiming I don't know the lyrics to Sunken Treasure because I typed in chat "I was saved by rock and roll" during the last verse instead of maimed/tamed/got my name. This theory that I would make such an egregious mistake is obviously not true. Of course I know the lyrics. I was just riffing and doing my own thing, I can't help it if musical improvisation comes naturally to me.

I'll have no further comment on this matter at this time, thank you.

that GBV into TFC combo was the best.

I'd been laughing at the earlier comments requesting GBV (didn't seem like a logical artist for Jeff to cover).  And then they did it -- and it was great.

Hi Friends - here is this week's updated Tweedy Show checklist. I've made some updates. Fixed several formatting errors. Added a few missing songs: Drawing From Memory (Warmer vinyl bonus track) & Life Story (the audiobook exclusive). Added dark blue to indicate songs that were either partially played or sung mostly by Sammy/Spencer. Also - added in the list of possible new original songs that have debuted on the show: Baby You're So Miserable, A Robin Or A Wren, Guess Again, Natural Disaster, Save It For Me, Tell Your Friends, & Half Life (there's possibly one more in episode 2, but not sure the name of it). Looks like Jeff is now looking at some kind of list during the show to remind him of songs to play-hoping he continues to play rare songs from his catalog and avoid repeats. Let me know if I've missed anything and I'll update again on Sunday or Monday.

Quality in both sound and picture definitely took a dive after the call. For the most part it was fine during talking but as soon as music started things decreased. Going to wifi helped a bit but not much. Quality is always worse when a guest is called in but tonight it never seemed to go back to normal. If whatever was causing the issue was in Instagram I do think that restarting the feed would have helped. I guess maybe Susie was worried about losing viewers but most people would come back, I'm sure. I believe she screen records directly on the phone so the YouTube video tomorrow should be good quality, right? Regardless of the technical issues, content wise it was great quality and still worth watching!!

I'm not 100% sure about those 2 songs where I put asterisks. As I was searching lyrics in Google, the feed kept pausing. I do want to go back and get those right. I have the lyrics queued up for those 2 songs, so I’ll match them.

Edit: Those were the correct tunes. And the feed was much better on the replay.
