Completely agree. I didn't listen to Rainy Day Music for probably 2-3 years after it came out because I disliked Smile so much. Now Rainy Day is one of my favorite Jayhawks discs. This: Nearly everything the man made before it is pure genius. This is pure shit. Everything he's done since is mediocre. I can't think of an artist who has had such a negative career-defining moment as this album.

I haven't heard all of those albums, but I feel of those that I have, Levon deserved the win at least over Wilco. I think it's a better album and definitely fits the category better.

I appreciate that. So many Packers fans are (understandably) gloating. It was so reminiscent of Favre's last Packer game. I always had mixed feelings about his becoming a Viking, and I still do. As much as I dislike the way the whole thing happened this preseason, but watching his postgame conference. The main played a gutsy, gutsy game. I just wanted to hug the poor guy.

After reading this, I actually decided to google poon. I was a bit disappointed in the results.

Our DVD player died about 3 months ago. We don't have HD, even still I almost pulled the trigger on the Blu-ray because all manufacturers don't seem to be making quality DVD players any more. I got one for $35 bucks or so and it won't even display time elapsed or remaining. I'd say go blu-ray, they'll still play your DVDs.
