Only version of Eternity I've ever listened to is Ratdog on 8/9/95. It's powerful...like most of that show.

Ha! I actually did not play those discs while she was with me, but I have introduced her to Sheik Yerbouti and OSFA. Frank sings "Hoy hoy hoy" a lot in Po-Jama People; turns out that's the Thai word for pussy ("hoi"), so she thought it was pretty funny.

I did the same thing in FL with We've Been Had. Very cool! -
Sometimes he plays parts of classic FZ solos, but he has his own style. More influenced by metal, I think.

Excellent. Highlight was Apostrophe with just guitar, bass and drums. Dweezil could give Nels a run for his money.
-
Seconded. I've enjoyed Ratdog shows in recent years for $25-$30. This would cost me what? NFW

First time I ever heard Diamonds and Rust was their version when they opened for Kiss. Ha! -
Wow, that thing is awesome! And yes, it works on Mac, at least with the google chrome browser. Thank you.

I'm a pimp. At least that's what my friends tell me. Not really sure what they mean by that.

That still puts it below ST, YHF, AGIB & BT...IMHO. -

How do you listen to your music during the day?
Mr. Heartbreak replied to remphish1's topic in Someone Else's Song
My listening habits have changed since my 160gb iPod died and I got a different job. Home - iTunes all the way Car - digging back into my CD collection Work - ear buds on the computer; finding lots of whole albums and concerts, so I don't have to switch it often; this afternoon will feature a 2-hour NHOP show -
Gonna dig into the "post-wheelchair" era in the next few days: taking the Wazoo live 2-disc set and Imaginary Diseases with me in the car stereo. God bless my tolerant wife.

I totally did that wrong. That's what I get for posting from my phone. I meant to post "Songs that the Dead Covered that All Too Many Deadheads Think are Dead Tunes." There was a time, many years ago, when I ran into a lot of Heads who were blissfully unaware of the origins of Peggy-O, Morning Dew, and even El Paso. That may have changed quite a bit over the years, but there was a time...

Well done, gents!

By popular demand...albums you hate by artists you love.

Roxy Music - Viva! Inexplicably bad. Shitty track list, badly recorded, no Eno, no hits. What happened? Did they smoke the tapes? I have great shows from this era. -
Oh shit. Is she a beard?!

Except Bush. His wife is Mexican, so he is "soft on immigration."

I guess it would be all contracted out. Cool, we could have a whole new prison system! Genius!
-
I guess they figure they will pay for it with fines on employers. Good luck with that. I would not trust Trump to manage anything financial. How many times has that fucker filed bankruptcy?

"...Impound all remittance payments derived from illegal wages." Trumpy, baby, how the hell is that feasible? We going to amass an army of a million new IRS agents to raid every restaurant, construction site and lawn care service in America? Talk about red meat. What a maroon.
