Well, that's probably because he's dead.

I think that the band decided to put the bonus track on the cd, but as a hidden track. This way it causes 3 months and up 20 pages of discussions about the morals of the band. Consider it part of the deluxe special edition.

Have I ever mentioned how much I love Craig Ferguson?
u2roolz replied to Sweet Papa Crimbo's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
I agree. I think that he should do trips at least once per quarter. Also, I wish that he'd interview more guests with no audience members a la Stephen Fry. Kristin Bell added a lot to his visit too. She has great chemistry with Craig and Geoff. -

Well, HBO's Game Of Thrones is not at all what I expected. I thought it was HBO's 1st reality series featuring 24 College Students living in a shanty shack eating consecutive dinners of McDonald's, Denny's & cafeteria food with one toilet to rule them all.

Your favorite concert openings, enterances ever?

This was actually in 1987 at the old Sullivan Stadium (in Foxboro, MA) on the Joshua Tree tour. The early 90s U2 were doing the Zoo TV tour which they opened with Zoo Station every night except for one dress rehearsal. I'm also making a big assumption that this all went down in the Boston area, since you live here like me right now. -
Sir Paul's Crusade Against the Evil Meat Empire
u2roolz replied to sonicshoulder's topic in Someone Else's Song
Yeah, the majority of the revenue for the city was for folks who needed to eat somewhere. And they probably ate what Paul didn't want them to eat. -
Hmm. I'll have to dig these up and watch them from beginning to end. However, I did just find a link for all 4 volumes here : http://www.u2start.c...es-vol-1-2-3-4/ It does mention silent footage, but no "rough edit" of the film. Edit: DUH!!! Of course the rough footage would be silent because it was shot on film & audio is recorded separately. The footage that does have audio must have made it into post production. Ha. It's funny being a film major I never thought of that. (my Doc Brown eureka moment)

If any place has it it would be here: http://u2torrents.com/index I don't see it listed now, but I swear that they had all of the Rattle & Hum outtakes. Try here http://u2start.com/torrents/ or U2 Interference Forums. Actually, it looks like U2's team may have had them removed at some point. There's a dead link to it from Interference on the u2torrents site.

Redpillbox, that old version of Blow Your House Down sounds a lot like All Because Of You. I think A-man knows this, but I bought all 4 volumes of the VHS Rattle & Hum outtakes at a record show in the mid 90s. For whatever reason when I got home to play them they had 0 audio. I will download those R & H Outtakes at some point onto dvd via bit torrents.

Most U2 fans know that the "leaked" tapes of Achtung Baby were released on a 3 cd bootleg set called Axtung Beibei or some other variations. Without looking at the tracklists I can tell you that songs such as Doctor Doctor, Heaven & Hell, Black Mask, Salome (b-side), Where Did It All Go Wrong? (another b-side), I Feel Free etc should appear. It will be nice to have these officially. I think the bonus footage will be a pro shot Zoo TV Outside Broadcast show from Washington, D.C. It's a different show than the Zoomerang (Zoo TV Sydney) show already on dvd which looks to be included in this

Anyone who thinks that sport athletes do not bet (on) anything should buy land in Zimbabwe. A friend of a friend of a friend etc. comes in very handy. This is a diversion to make it seem like gambling doesn't occur in the MLB. The MLB made us think that no one was using steroids either. I'm not saying every player, ump or coach partakes in it, but the MLB has no third party patrolling such issues to know either way. Rather, let us know either way. It is funny though to see Matt Damon's name listed in another variation on this story. A whole day after that video of him with a shaved head def

Sir Paul's Crusade Against the Evil Meat Empire
u2roolz replied to sonicshoulder's topic in Someone Else's Song
I think that is way too extreme for an entertainer/musician to make demands like that. It sends a very condescending message from Sir Paul to the lackeys who attend his show that "I have made the choice of food for you here tonight. No meat shall be thrust upon you. Only veggie burgers and cabbage. Let it be done O venue that I play my instruments in for 2 hours." What happened to choice, Sir Paul? Taking away people's right to eat what they want at a show that they paid good money to see you is fucking insanely stupid. I think that he needs to go solve a murder to calm down. The Cincinna -
http://football.fant...o.com/f1/101315 There ya go! I was going to post this last week when Dagwave asked me to and I completely forgot about it. Not in that football mood yet. Although, there are some more teams signed up now. Edit: We currently have 5 teams signed up (all from last year) and we need an even number. 10 is the max.

Seeing Rank Wilco Members and Show Pictures Of Your Gear (down the bottom of VC) puts my mind right in the gutter.

Tim Robbins & The Rogues Gallery Band at Tupelo's Music Hall in Londonderry, NH (about 5 minutes from my place/also hometown of Giants' Brian Wilson). I've only been in there once to video tape an autistic child pianist for Public Access Television. Great sized room with beautiful acoustics. Nobody on their concert schedule has piqued my interest except Eddie Money who was asking for $65 in money. Peter Yarrow is there in January, but I can't see him without Paul Stookey. This is otherwise somewhat reasonably priced and the music is a lot better than his voice. I imagine if the crowd throw

Pence-sylvania. Was it Werth it? I like this trade a lot better than Beltran for "potential future ace/#2 man" Zach Wheeler.
-
When I tried to use "Strike Through" text with a video file, it told me that I had too many media files. No big deal. Just kind of odd.
-
Looks like Carlos Beltran to the Giants for P Zack Wheeler. I didn't see that trade above on MLB just now.

I would much rather prefer a tater tote bag.

I think you just described waterboarding.

Not sure how to post video files on here now. Anyways, great looking trailer with a favorite film director of mine getting the first words in. I was surprised at that. This and the U2/Davis Guggenheim Achtung Baby doc play at the Toronto International Film Fest in September.
