Hey, thanks for the birthday wishes, everyone! I had to go to a 10 hour meeting for work yesterday. Yay, birthdays!!!

I am a huge Golden Girls fan. RIP Sophia. Anyone remember the Golden Palace spinoff? It had everyone but Bea Arthur, and costarred Don Cheadle!
-
Ah, for some reason that's a little less unsettling.

CNN's saying he was arrested.

The pencil trick was worth my money all by itself. I thought the movie was fantastic. I had been looking forward to it for such a long time that I was kind of expecting it to disappoint, just because of my high expectations. I also was skeptical of the media's buzz about Ledger being nominated for an Oscar for playing a comic book (graphic novel?) villain. But he certainly deserves one. He was really incredible.

If I'm available, I'm up for a trip to NYC! -
I'm so sad about this. We just saw him perform last month in Massachusetts. A large part of his act had to do with getting old and dying. I guess he's finding out right now if he was right or wrong about the whole afterlife thing.

We have finally perfected the heat:oil ratio and rock the popcorn a few times a week.

This is akin to an 18th century gadget, but we're currently in love with our Whirly Pop stovetop popcorn cooker. It's wonderful to have all natural popcorn.

Ah, young Eric Stoltz......

I'll second Love, Actually. Also, Father Of The Bride. Reminds me of my dad. Oh, and the funeral scene in Steel Magnolias. It never fails to make me bawl and laugh hysterically all at once. The worst one I can think of though, is Stepmom. The one with Julia Roberts and Susan Sarandon. Boy does that make me cry like a baby. -

Why would you do that? Just place each album accurately according to your own preference and don't worry about what anyone else is doing. What's the purpose of trying to alter the accuracy of the votes? -
Ah, me too.

My company is so behind the times, they won't allow telecommuting.
