At first I thought you were talking about Disintegration . I ordered this and waiting for delivery. Did they did good job on the reissue/remastering?
-
How's this? - I haven't gotten around to get it yet.
-
Yeah, it's credited: It does look pretty cool. This is my first Nels Cline Singers I purchased (for some reason)- definitely interesting.

This poor guy might remember for other reasons - yikes: From CNN

Potatoe Creek State Park is close. I used to hang out (but never camped) there when I was a kid - nice area. Probably your typical camp ground, but it is close to South Bend. Plus you will probably be tired from the show, anyway. IDNR Site

I think the whole premium ticketing sucks - I never heard of the "requirement of buying two games". I don't think the White Sox do this (though they might start after this year). I could be wrong about the Sox. I haven't bought a premium ticket since they started it.

Thanks for the link.. Liked the below quote:

My sister was a huge Rush fan, she copied a bunch on their stuff from a boyfriend onto 8 track and I used to grab them from her car and listened to them. Kinda stopped listening to them by mid 80s, but my friend had an extra to the below concert. They made the dismal World sound good. It was a fun night - I was happy when they played Trees, it always one of my favorite of theirs. The video screens/visuals were pretty cool too, esp during The Roll the Bones song. Me and the wife still throw on Chronicles and extended drives. Definitely great driving music. I must admit I did like the movie I

Someone just uploaded the 3/7/82 show on one of the sites, I think bt-etree. This is my first show from this era that I have heard. Like the two keyboards and Kreutzman sounds great. Kreutzman definitely lights a bit of fire under the band at this show. I love Mickey (for the most part) but it is fun just listening to Kreutzman play without a 2nd drummer.

Wouldn't mind hearing it - do you remember the date of the show?

Here is an article from Spin. Most of info was in the three articles that you linked, but I didn't see the below:

Never saw The Jerry Band. I did see Weir/Wasserman in 1992 (I think) at the World Music Theater. It was pretty empty and I completely understand - It was at the World! I always liked the duo's version of Throwing Stones.
-
That's pretty f'd up about selling the tickets after the fact...who would want that? He was getting a lot of favorable calls in the 9th.
-
I liked Flashback. It was cheesy, though.

Make sure you don't ask us where Son Volt's loft is.

Has anybody heard Stewart talk about this reunion? He must have gave the rest of them his "blessing", though I don't know (legally) what he could do.
-
His role in Hoosier was great, too.

ESPN aired the last inning, I was able to catch it while flipping the channels. There is nothing more exciting, in any sport, than a perfect game. ESPN aired the Marlin feed - the announcers said the whole park gave him a Standing O going into the 9th. Classy.

That sucks - was a great actor. At least Hopper made it back into films after all his issues - hell it's great that he lived that long. His role in Apocalypse Now has always been one of favorite roles by any actor.

I did not notice any change of speed, but I only listened to it twice and I already loaned it to my neighbor. When I get it back I'll take a closer listen. I did not see anyone mentioning it on the Hoffman page. Would be cool to have an original pressing...How did you get that?
-
Well Hoffman is up to 142 pages discussing this release - from what I can gather they are pretty much panning it. But I'm not too sure with all that is going through all the pages. Anyway I think it (the CD) sounds fine it - is definitely louder and they seem to have brought the vocal more to forefront, I can actually make out of what Jagger is singing. I still not have done any comparison to the Virgin or the vinyl I have. Has far as the bonus disc, they only one that I am not particularly fond of is Following the River, that sounds too new and the addition of strings is ridiculous. The re
