Ghost Town last night. Pretty funny. It was probably mentioned somewhere before and I missed it, but hearing "Please Be Patient With Me" near the end was a pleasant surprise.

It's political message is quite dated 20 years later, but I still love New York. The sound of the guitars is brilliant and I love Rob Wasserman's bass.

Watched Changeling a couple of nights ago. Started it at 8:30 thinking I'd watch 1/2 one night and finish it the next. No way I could turn it off! Damn it was a good movie. Disturbing, yet satisfying. Clint Eastwood has never heard the phrase "comic relief", and that's okay.

As a Vikings fan, I would like to concede the 2009 NFC North Championship to the Bears. It was a great season, but you deserve it. Now go get that Super Bowl.

I've heard several live performances and liked them all. I've only heard 1 or 2 tracks off the CD. It's been leaked, haven't listened yet. He's written some decent songs in the past 10 years, but none of his recorded work shows it. His studio work sounds very claustrophobic, redundant, and lacking in any dynamics. It's a shame. His work from Zen Arcade through Sugar is among my favorite music ever made.

I can understand that reaction, and even though I've only seen it once' I'm going to go out on a limb and say you might change your mind after repeated viewings. That's how I felt about Big Lebowski.

I am pretty moved at the though of Pete & Jeff playing together. I have a Children's concert from Seeger. My kids like to listen to it a lot. Dude is 90 and still playing. How cool is that?!
