I have enjoyed nearly every bit of these shows that I've heard. Perfect? No. Nothing more than a massive money grab? Bullshit. I'd pay $200 to hear this version of the Dead before I'd drop $5 on whatever the hell the Pixies are these days. I wish I could find the right words to articulate what I think they're trying to do. The Confederate flag was not misappropriated. It was born out of a treasonous act to defend the right for one segment of the population to keep a different segment of the population as property based upon skin color. To add a bit to my train of thought, I believe the south has a LOT to be proud of. My mom grew up in Kentucky. She was born in 1942. I love much about my Kentucky heritage. Food, friendliness,community. My mom had a black nanny. She knew her family like her own. Her own kids were like cousins to my mom. The southern heritage they all share is what southern pride represents to me. My grandparents were probably typical southerners of that time.
