Even though I really enjoy Star Wars...

I still think Close Encounters of the Third Kind was the better sci-fi movie of 1977. -

High school special education teacher. Almost became an interim assistant principal today, but dodged that bullet. -

That was a great moment, when Jeff walked onstage to join them. -
I am loving Where Do I Begin. I could listen to those last 4 songs (Where Do I Begin, Cold Slope, King of You, Magnetized) over and over and over. Actually, that is what I have been doing.

Well, as noted earlier, it is a "breezy little ditty" that made Entertainment Weekly's list of "Hot Midsummer Jams for your Weekend", so that may explain it. http://www.ew.com/article/2015/07/24/midsummer-playlist -

I really like their version. Incredibly different from the original. -

I cannot wrap my head around the number of poor decisions made by the Red Sox front office over the past 13 months. It has been a remarkable run by Cherington/Lucchino/anyone else who helped make those decisions. I won't even get into not signing Lester and instead signing the pitchers they did get. How did the average fan know that Panda's weight would likely become more of a problem as he ages, and the Sox brass didn't? Panda's production was down each year for his last couple of years in SF. Fans knew that. How did the FO not? Everyone (and I mean everyone) who knows baseball knows that Han

Counting Crows were hit and miss for me. We were well back from the stage, so that may have accounted for some of the miss. We did get a good set list, including an excellent "You Ain't Going Nowhere". I'd love to hear your take after next weekend's show.
