Any thoughts about which weekend they will choose for SS 2019? June 21-23? June 28-30? Would they go as early as June 14-16? Or back to an August date like the first SS? I don't foresee a move to another summer month, given all that goes on in the Berkshires in July/August. I am hoping for the June 21-23 or 28-30.

I don't know why, but there is something oddly comforting in knowing how incompetent this administration is. -

This article (and book I imagine) seems to put it all together in a giant shit sandwich. -
I found A Gentleman in Moscow a bit slow moving in the first half, but the writing is so good it never seemed to flag. I read the last 100+ pages in one night, which is usually a sign that I am in deep. Definitely worth a read.

I liked it, but did not love it. My daughter, age 15, loved it - her favorite of the series. -
Of course! I still think we're serious.

The Smithereens helped keep guitar pop/rock going in the 80s when at times it seemed like big hair and power ballads were going to rule the world forever. RIP Pat.

Thank you! Sending one tonight.

I am liking it much more than I expected. Love Out of Sight, Out of Mind, Losing Interest, Why Would You Wanna Live, and I Can't Keep From Talking. -
That is pretty darn cool: When several (20+) of us fans were having post-show drinks and some food across the street, most of the band members and crew were seen walking individually back to their hotel past the long row of windows in the bar we were at. We all stood and cheered for each and every one, and they each stopped to give us a nod or a bow and a really big smile and a wave before they went along. It was just that kind of evening all around.

I stand corrected. St. Paul Night 3 > St. Paul Night 2 > St. Paul Night 1 as far as set lists go. Of course, I say this as I sit 1500 miles away and did not see the shows that I am ranking in terms of set lists. But Less Thank You Think, Too Far Apart, Pot Kettle Black, and The Lonely One trumps Hotel Arizona from Night 2.

I'll be surprised if it is not Manafort or Flynn, or both of them.

Love that!
