  7. Can't make it. Print at home tickets. Looking for face value or best offer.
  8. Sounds fantastic. Thanks for the excellent recap. I'm glad they are getting more adventurous with the setlist again. Opening with You Are My Face is pretty great.

  10. "Over the next year, Cline’s plans include touring Europe playing Lovers with local orchestras, touring in drummer Bobby Previte’s group with sax player Greg Osby and keyboardist John Medeski, writing music for “The Call”—a secular mass commissioned by the State of Minnesota, and recording projects with drummer Scott Amendola, harpist Zeena Parkins, clarinetist Ben Goldberg, guitarist Julian Lage, his wife (multi-instrumentalist and Cibo Matto co-founder) Yuka Honda, and his bands Eyebone, The Nels Cline Singers, and The Nels Cline Quartet." http://www.thetulsavoice.com/September-B-2017/Rogu
  11. Bbop-Didn't get there in time to say hi- saw you on the rail. We showed up midway through Creamer. Pretty great crowd up front (we were about 7 rows back).
  12. Yes- they didn't gig from Oct of '13 until Sept '14.
  13. Has Jeff played acoustic on precious Scmilco tour versions of Pot Kettle? Sounded great to my ears. Great show. Great venue too
  14. Definite slope (unlike pritzker). Lots of sitting beyond the pit area which was the first 20ish rows) any many left early during the encores, but I think Wilco was generally well received. I think one reason tickets were $69 was to pay for a huge event staff. People on staff everywhere. There must have been three dozen dedicated to parking alone. I can't remember if I've ever seen a stand alone outta site before. It was kinda cool. Used to them going right into it from Monday or I Got You.
  15. 18. Am I the only one who didn't like the book? I love Kot's writing and Sound Opinions, but don't like his writing in book format...
  19. Pat is performing in Nashville tonight as part of the Big Star Third live show...
  20. Great live show not sure about the songwriting...
  21. Spoon was great at Metro last night. Really impressed especially after seeing them about 10 years ago and thinking how bad they were live.
  22. I will have to check those out. I've never heard of any of them.
