Analogman
Can you hear it if you're not in the "Ten Club". It was posted on their Facebook page. At least a part of it.

remphish1
I'm seeing the next 3 PJ shows (Prague > Krakow > Berlin.) Beyond excitedNice! Where do you live? I am a fan of Pearl Jam but I wouldn’t say a huge fan but what I respect so much about them is their setlist. The variety, length and the way they go out if their way to give everyone something they can love in a show! I have seen them 5 or sontimes and every time has been great! Enjoy
opsopcopolis
I live in DC. Planned a little Euro trip around this leg of the tour

u2roolz
I used to go see Pearl Jam all the time & they seem to keep coming back to Fenway Park which I don't care for at all for a concert. I also have no clue if they ever put out an album this year. LOL I remember seeing a new song put up on iTunes a few months ago. Edit: And I've seen opsopcopolis over on the U2 fan site. Cool when you recognize a screen name from VC on another band's site. I'll try to download your U2 DC recording tonight. Thanks for taping!
opsopcopolis
^ happy to do it! I think both of those tapes came out really well. No new PJ album this year, which makes for more exciting shows/setlists
Dmada
The Prague setlist looks fantastic! And Pearl Jam at Fenway will be every bit as good as an arena show. They crushed it at Fenway in 2016.
opsopcopolis
Krakow was fantastic. What a ridiculous setlist!

chuckrh
Looking forward to night 2 @ Safeco Field. Only bummer is have to miss a free Afghan Whigs show as part of the Sub Pop 30th anniversary celebration. The day after is a huge free show at the beach with a bunch of cool bands (Beach House: yes!). Wouldn't be surprised if there is some sort of Pearl Jam affiliated appearance there. The 25th anniversary, Soundgarden played unannounced.
lost highway
Pearl Jam plans to release a new album inspired by the melting ice caps, heinous climate change denial on their facebook ensues. Not sure if that part was funny or sad. https://news.avclub.com/pearl-jam-are-finally-releasing-a-new-album-1840978410 I've learned to hope for the best and expect the worst in post 2010 PJ releases, but I always get curious. They have so much talent, they might use it right again.
Boss_Tweedy
Regrettably I've still never seen them live.
lost highway
Regrettably I've still never seen them live. No matter what tepid album they're touring for, you should still absolutely go. If you've liked them for any length of time it will be worth a fair amount of cash to see them.... like our generation's Stones-level worth it.

If you've liked them for any length of time it will be worth a fair amount of cash to see them.... like our generation's Stones-level worth it.I have said it before on here that its the best live show(s) I've ever seen. The energy is tangible. I was not a Lightning Bolt fan but respect it now more than I did when it came out. I am excited for the new album but prepared to be underwhelmed. That being said I put in for Nashville tickets via fan club and plan to see them at least one more time in 2020 after that.Curious to see how this Ticketmaster Verified Fan system works out. Seems like whatever bands do the bots always win!
lost highway
That new single is NOT what I expected. I can't see falling in love with it, but I'm excited that they're taking some new risks. They might pay off on some of the rest of the material.
remphish1
Got shut out on tickets no surprise here
Dmada
Yeah I got nothing for MSG tickets. The Apollo show is nuts. Cost me $300 in 2016 for MSG and I think this year will cost $500 to get in the door at MSG. Odd that there is no Boston, Hartford or Philly. Must be a Fenway show planned and possibly Citizens bank park.
lost highway
Huh.... this doesn't suck. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOYdZ0GyQFQ It's actually pretty cool.
sonicshoulder
I got two pretty nice seats in Nashville. Only show I went after due to a vacation the next week we already had planned. I am in the fan club...pretty much only way to but tickets to a PJ show anymore. Their ticket situation is a mess but I feel like they are doing the best they can. People get frustrated but you can't be mad at the band for being able to sell out multiple arenas in a matter of minutes. There will be a "2nd leg"...I would recommend if you want to score seats for three figures or less you drop the $20 on the membership. If you play your card right and request best available you are almost guaranteed to get in the building...usually with pretty good seats. Regarding the new music I wasn't huge on Dance of the Clairvoyants....Super Blood Wolf Moon however I think is an encouraging move in the right direction. Good old fashioned PJ rocker. In other news I've listened to Binaural twice this week.....awesome album gets better every year removed...somehow is 20 years old this year.

You're so right. For my money Binaural, Riot Act and S/T all came around the time people started ignoring PJ, and are 3 excellent records. What came after hasn't been as satisfying. sonicshoulder
Pearl Jam postponed the spring tour this morning due to some kind of flu or virus or something.
