Magnetized
Wilco Me.....you are in for a treat with Robbie FulksSo I've heard. I'm going to get more familiar with his work before going, but he seems very engaging and I really like what I've heard so far.
Magnetized
04/26/15 - Wilco (Tallahassee) 04/28/15 - Wilco (Orlando) 05/01/15 - Wilco (St. Augustine) 06/26/15 - Wilco (Solid Sound) 06/27/15 - Wilco (Solid Sound) 06/28/15 - Tweedy (Solid Sound) Mother, may I have some Wilco, please? It'll be interesting to compare those three Florida shows. I'll bet St. Augustine will be the best of the bunch. Have you seen this video with Nels and John? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCnlqdXAA9U Apparently there was quite the party in St. Augustine last time they were there. Maybe they'll cut loose in anticipation of an encore performance!
Mr. Heartbreak
It'll be interesting to compare those three Florida shows. I'll bet St. Augustine will be the best of the bunch. Maybe they'll cut loose in anticipation of an encore performance!Ha! I had not seen that before. Interesting, seeing their take on different gigs. I seriously hope these Florida venues sell a lot more tickets. The Tallahassee show is in a new amphitheater, and the pit area is apparently not being used. So there will be a yawning gap between the band and the audience, which is weird, then the seated area, then general admission lawn seating in the back. Hard Rock Orlando should be kind of cool just by virtue of the fact that it's indoors (and therefore won't be sweltering) and has general admission on the floor...it will probably harken back to their club years and feel more like a rock show than the shows in theaters. The St. Aug party sounds like it was interesting. I wonder who got to host that?

u2roolz
I'm going to try to see The English Beat tonight at a tiny venue, Tupelo Music Hall, about 5 minutes from me in NH. I've seen Tim Robbins, Cline/Lage and The Fixx there. I'm definitely seeing The Tubes there on Oct 22. Howard Jones is also there later this month. After reading this list, I'm going to look into dates for Ash and The Feelies. I have a very cool story about The Fixx that I'll share in a bit.
