Ditto, but a few days later as we did the same thing last night finally. Enjoyed the family bits/photo shoot too. Neat to see baby Tallulah (sp?). Watching all three guitars* on Impossible Germany was fantastic! ETA: *They did show a glimpse of Pat on that one didn't they? Can tell I already need to watch it again.

Yes to cilantro! (as if my list wasn't long enough... ) Oh, and I like the chocolate and raspberry thing very much. I figure interwebs and e-mail checking goes without saying. -
(thanks. thanks a lot. i hope you're happy with what you've done to my favorite song on SBS. now I'm just going to have to go bask in the guitars of Impossible Germany or something to put this whole thing behind me....)

Wow, this was good in a surreal kind of way. Thanks Wilco! Great song selection IMHO as well. (Okay, it's "8 hours" drive, should I be on my way to Minnie???)

Tragedy in the land of the Hokies
Clouds of Fluff replied to cryptique's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
From the article: Professor Liviu Librescu, 76, was an Israeli-born Romanian academic in the Engineering Science & Mechanics Department. He was also a Holocaust survivor and moved to Virginia in 1985. Internationally renowned for his research work, he has been hailed a hero for blocking a doorway to protect his students. His son Joe said he had received e-mails from several students who said he had saved their lives. This is all so incredibly sad. -
Great reading. Thanks a lot for posting this.

Guess that answers that question! Probably better to wait for the line-up anyway in our situation. Can't wait to find out though. Oh. ETA: I thought they would wait to sell regularly priced tix until mid May when the line-up was announced? My bad. Another dilemma...
