So this is new. As is my standard protocol for presale ticketing, I went to the website at 9:50 and started to refresh the page every minute. Frontgate let me in at 9:58, and upon clicking the "Buy" link for Boston I was kicked out into a virtual waiting room. No big deal, right? At 10:00 I'm let back in...only to find that nearly all Boston tickets have magically vanished leaving only singles (I need a pair). No pairs...anywhere. I know this isn't worth the time to get angry, but it is a bit frustrating.

It's the Orpheum. That place is cursed.

Sorry Man, I got a pair at 10:02, no waiting room hassle, no problem. I think I'm gonna play the lottery tomorrow.

my philosophy with these type things is that if i can't get a pair i try for the best single seats possible. i mean it's not like you are going to really be able to chat with the person next to you DURING th show (at least i would hope not). Plus, it would give us something to talk about at the end of the show.

That being said I did get a pair of tickets for the ATL show. Row L. Seats 18 & 20.

Oh man, the last show there was so much fun! And I didn't even check out the museum! The soundcheck alone was worth the price of admission...

I agree. The show was terrrifc and the venue totally kicks ass! They only do four shows each summer at this site - they should do double that. For me, the soundcheck was the highlight of the day! Just kicking back with 30/40 or so folks at the soundboard watching them rip through In A Future Age and Muzzle of Bees was amazing. Here's hoping the rumor becomes reality.

I requested Muzzle of Bees! Yeah, that soundcheck was maybe the best Wilco show I've ever been to. :lol And all the kids at that show? Man, that was fun.

Yay! You know that I'll be trying on Friday too! As Steve Earle said, "I ain't ever satisfied"!

You tossed back F? Damn, yopu don't play!!

Yeah, so in retrospect that was a really dumbass move on my part. :lol I'm going to try again tomorrow, but if you do end up with some decent extras, check with me before you sell them to some random!

I'm in for Montclair. How on Earth can Wilco drag me to Jersey?! I mean upstate New York was one thing but... Jersey!

What's with the Jersey haters!?!??!? I'm thrilled -- finally I don't have to deal with city traffic or drive hours to see my boys.

omg. I had tickets on the presale and the stupid website signed me off?!!! it said something like, "thank you, your tickets have been purchased and we're experiencing high volumes of people so we signed you off." but the catch is I never entered my credit card info in so the tickets were never purchased. low and behold, 1 ticket was left when I was finally able to get through all of the security barricades and sign on screens. guess I'll be flying solo to the Durham show. got center orchestra row R which is pretty good.

after buying this ticket, nothing is coming up in my order history nor did they send me an order confirmation. I'm assuming the rest of you got order confirmations?

Yes, I received both of my email confirmations almost immediately after my ticket purchases.

As others have said before, check your spam or junkmail folder.

thanks for the reply. no, it's not in the junkmail folder unless it's hiding behind a viagra/ enlargement title.

I'm trying to keep my cool but this site has to be the crappiest place on the net to order tickets. I'd have better luck putting some money in a dog's collar and having it wander off. my chances of it coming back with Wilco tickets would be greater than getting them from this place. for the site to screw up and sign me off after I had 2 tickets was one thing, but for me to have actually ordered a ticket and the site have no record of me having done so is something else. I should have written down the confirmation number after I bought the ticket but I didn't.

looks like it's time to hit up ebay. :ninja

I'd call up Front Gate directly.

I called them the other day because I thought that I was being overcharged for my tickets which actually happened to the good folks in RI.

It turns out that they raised the ticket prices rather sneakily. It was $2 cheaper on the venue site, then later in the day the venue site changed it to match the price from Front Gate.

Edit: Do you have any info about the specifics of the ticket like row number, seat number etc?

I think that you'd be fine if you give them your card number, since you saw a confirmation number through their site.

Oh, did you type in your email correctly? No offense, but when I bought my tickets I was barely awake so anything is possible.

I guess a better question would be did you get an email from them the last time that you bought tickets from them?

I registered on the site and received the confirmation e-mail with my password in it at 9:48 am. I do remember the seating info and have sent them an e-mail with all of the information in it. I think I'm going to try for tickets again in the morning when they go on sale to the public. as bad as I hate going through all of this drama again, it seems like the most logical thing to do. if I fail again in the morning, I will mosey on down to my local pub, have a handful of drinks, sign on to ebay and buy a front row ticket for a few hundred bucks. :stunned

edit- thanks for the #. think I'll go ahead and call them in the morning. if I end up with an extra ticket, I'll hook someone up on this site.

Got in on the hartford presale this morning. Wife is delighted since it'll be our first real night out since our second spawn came a week ago. My only nervousness is me wondering if "Rear Mezzanine" really means "Balcony" but oh well, it's still tickets to Wilco (4th show in less than 2 years, damn, at least we can't get rained out like Lowell, wait, can we?).

Just got shut out of Durham. Anyone else have any luck?

I had two tickets way up in the 3rd level balcony just after 10 am, and then i got an unable to process order screen. Great. I've never seen Wilco shows sell out this fast. I guess I will try for Atlanta tomorrow. I wish I had read my email just a little earlier so I could have gotten in on the presale.

Same here re: balcony seats.

I was on the phone with Wendy and we were both trying and got shut out the first time we tried. In the past half hour, I've gotten in four times but with 1 ticket and bad seats all times.
