Plumplechook
Might not be over yet. From the Guardian: On Fox News, Republican strategist Karl Rove is refusing to accept reality, calling Fox's own call of Ohio "premature".

ih8music
Trump should be brought up on charges of treason, that fucker. The black guy won again, asshole. Deal with it. Really enjoying watching Fox News tonight. They're crying like petulant kids. The best was when St Rove was challenging their stats guy. That's what you call class, folks. Nate Silver is on his way to 50/50. If that happens, he will become a legend.

KevinG
Fine speech by Mitt. Let's hope the GOP listens to his words and tries to work across the isle to move America to a better place. The partisanship in modern politics is ridiculous. The GOP can dislike PBO’s policies, but he is the president duly elected by the people of the United States of America, it is the responsibility of each elected official to work together and offer solutions, not just obstruct. Panther
Romney is the Dukakis of Republican candidates he was never going to win , any decent Republican candidate would have beat President Obama considering unemployment . Congradulations To Obama he beat a crazy old man and creepy mormon who told 47% of the country to fuck off. People don't rememebr the losers Obama will go down as a legend regardless more so than Clinton I think.

Mr. Heartbreak
So, let's see... Obama beat Romney decisively...not only up by a couple million in the popular vote, but looks like it will be 332-206 once our tally here in F-L-A comes in. Hell, 303-235 would still be decisive. In addition... Brown beat MandelMurphy beat McMahonNelson beat MackDonnelly beat MourdockWarren beat BrownMcCaskill beat AkinGillibrand beat LongSanders beat MacGovernKaine beat Allen I would say that is a very good night indeed for Dems as well as independents. A friend of mine on FB, who is a Republican, posted something about how we should not gloat if we won, nor be sore losers if we lost, but it does make me wonder: how could so many people be so wrong? Not just about polls, but about all kinds of other stuff. I have honestly never seen a United States President be so demonized, especially before he even took the official oath of office. (Remember when he was blamed for the stock market tanking in late 2008? A quick Google search should yield some fascinating results, if you don't...) He has been called a foreigner, a socialist, a communist, a dictator, an America-hater, and yes, to me, directly (on the phone while canvassing), a nigger. I think it's time that people on the right - particularly the far right, where Tea Party crazies have been largely responsible for this devolution in discourse - it's time for reflection. Does anyone remember when people on the left were told we were "unpatriotic" if we didn't "support the President" when Bush was invading Iraq? And we got into a whole parsing of "I support the troops" vs. "I support the President?" I remember it very well, because I am American to my bones, and sure as hell resented being called unpatriotic. Maybe these same people need to start supporting our 2-term President, and show some patriotism. It's time. I, for one, am proud of the work we have done to take our country forward...on marriage equality, on income equality, on a whole range of issues. I pounded pavement, knocked on doors, handed out door-hangers, made a shitload of phone calls...all for free. I didn't donate much money to the campaign, I worked on the weekends for them, week in and week out. And late last night, we got word - from Chuck Todd on MSNBC, not some far-left party hack - that in my county, Hillsborough County, FL, the President received more votes in 2012 than he got in 2008. So much for "low enthusiasm" and "low voter turnout." We rocked, and when that came across the news, I was in a room full of people who cheered, screamed, jumped up and down, and applauded. It wasn't just politics. It was personal. It was awesome. If that sounds like gloating, well...can you really blame me?
PopTodd
My 11-year-old son's class had a mock election. He came home with an "I Voted!" sticker on his shirt, onto which he scrawled "for Chuck Norris."
