myboyblue Posted February 22, 2008 Share Posted February 22, 2008 I've met only a couple.... I met LouieB first as I bought some Wilco tickets from him back in 2005. I've bumped into him at a couple of non-Wilco shows since. I believe that he hits just about every show in the Chicagoland area. I met Skyflynn last year in Madison. With the exception of wanting to share one beer with "two straws", he seemed like a great guy. Kevin - No means no. Many other VCers that I would like to meet. This is thwarted to some degree by the fact that I rarely hit Wilco shows anymore. This isn't due to the new fans not being as cool as the old fans believe it or not. This is more a result of the fact that I have seen Wilco/Tweedy 700 times and I rarely get to shows anymore. When I do, I prefer it in a more intimate environment...a small club perhaps?
