Wishful Thinking Company in My Back Pot Kettle Black Either Way That's the "unpredictableness" some have been looking for! I also love the comment about putting together a tight program. That cracks me up. -
I have zero interest in hearing a leaked version. I have great interest in spinning my new vinyl copy next week.
-
Much more entertaining than the original video.

Loved that article - another peek into their process and mindset.

That is pretty darn amazing - 4 hour shows. I would love to hear NYC Serenade live. My wife just looked at that post and asked, "Why?" as in why would anyone want to hear him play that long. I guess she does not find it amazing.

Not sure exactly where it is from, but I did hear Wilco cover "Heaven" in the early afternoon of the covers show at Solid Sound in 2013. My guess would be from that or other rehearsals for that show. I lost it when I heard them playing it out on Joe's Field as I walked in the museum.

Love those spur of the moment shows!

For whatever reason, I never get tired of hearing these live: Impossible Germany The Late Greats --------------------------------- Red-Eyed And Blue> I Got You (At The End of the Century)> Outtasite (Outta Mind) Always a treat to get those last four (the first one you are getting no matter what!). -

The Inside of Outside replied to lost highway's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
My take is that most Americans do not fear Yanukovych, or the governments of Azerbaijan and Albania for that matter. They do have significant reservations/palpable fear of Putin/Russia. -
Cool interview.

That was fun. I loved the photography.

Other bands at SS17 - wishlist / predictions?
The Inside of Outside replied to shawnsolo73's topic in Just A Fan
As mentioned elsewhere, Courtney Barnett could be a good match, though she may be a bigger act than is usual for SS. I'd love to see The Jayhawks. Love their recent record. And Jeff and Gary could do "Radio King". This could offer some insight. -
I thought the same - saw him in the spring. All good. And Scott McCaughey is a lot of fun to watch. He has a good time up there. Tonight, Lyle Lovett and His Large Band.
